In this case, you’ll also want to communicate an hourly rate for support as things need updating (not content) or issues arise with the site. If the only service you are providing is the place to hold the site, I’d charge for the service plus a markup which is really up to you. For instance, I assume you’re not actually the one hosting the site but rather white labeling servers from somewhere else.
